Cleveland is days away from hosting its first Fed Cup tournament at the Public Auditorium on February 8 & 9th. Cleveland resident Mary Joe Fernandez will be captaining the U.S. women's team which originally rostered famed players Serena Williams and Sloane Stephens until recent injuries. But with the #1 in the world out of the game that hasn't stopped tennis enthusiasts from buying over 6,000 tickets to the much anticipated match-up against Italy, according to Jeff Ryan USTA Senior Director of USA Team Events. 18-year-old Madison Keys and Cleveland native Lauren Davis will join Alison Riske and Christina McHale to compete against Italians Karin Knapp, Camila Giorgi, Nastassja Burnett, and Alice Matteucci. Don't miss this chance to spend the day along with friends, teammates and neighborly rivals to watch great tennis with America's best up-and-coming talent. Plus, who says you won't take a few of those shots with you to the court!
